PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – Juniors Kierney McDonald and Bri Gartner of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville volleyball team were named to the College Sport Communicators (CSC) 2024 Academic All-District Team on Tuesday afternoon.
PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – Senior Emma Carlson and junior Kierney McDonald of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville volleyball team were recognized as American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-American on Wednesday morning the organization announced. Carlson was named All-American Third Team, while McDonald was tabbed Honorable Mention.

Making just their second ever Sweet 16 appearance in program history, the Pioneers (27-7) fell in three sets to top-seeded UW-Whitewater in Kris Russell Volleyball Arena.

(29-7) in four sets Friday evening. The Pioneers (27-6) took an early two-set lead and finished strong to advance to the regional championship by scores of 25-20, 25-18, 18-25, and 25-17.
