DUBUQUE, Iowa - UW-Platteville volleyball fell to Dubuque in three sets on Tuesday night in Dubuque's "Dig Pink" night.
The Pioneers fell to the Spartans 25-13, 25-18, 25-18.
Katie Jones and Olivia Kudronowicz led the team defensively. Jones was a presence with her block and finished with two solo blocks and one blocking assist. Kudronowicz tallied 18 digs in the three sets.
The team had a hard time generating offense throughout the night finishing with 19 kills. Lita Solbrig led the hitters with efficiency at .167 and three kills on 12 attacks.
The Pioneers fall to 7-19 (0-4 WIAC) after the loss.
UW-Platteville heads to Michigan for matches on Friday and Saturday in the Albion/Olivet Invitational.
