PLATTEVILLE, Wis. -- For the 13th consecutive year, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville student-athletes had a higher grade-point average than the student body as a whole. The Pioneer student-athletes compiled an 2.934 grade-point average for the 2012-13 academic year, above the general student body overall grade-point average of 2.874.
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville men’s cross country’s freshman Ian LaMere finished in 39th-place at the NCAA Division III Men’s Cross Country National Championships at the La Vern Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Ind. on Saturday.
