Getting to know Morgan:

Favorite Food: Grilled chicken breasts with grilled asparagus and seasoned potatoes cut up and baked (my mommy and I make it together). If I had to go the unhealthy route it would be pizza with green olives and pepperoni.

One thing you cannot live without: My childhood blanket

If you were in a karaoke contest, which song would you choose to sing, and why?: I would prefer to dance to the Wobble because no one should have to listen to me sing, but the song I would choose would have to be "Get'cha Head In the Game" in High School Musical, ask my roommate about this one.

Pre-game rituals or game day superstitions: It depends what I am feeling that day, normally I have a banana with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Right before the game or during the day I will put on some upbeat music. I usually find a time to shut my eyes and say a little prayer.

Favorite college sports team: Duke Men’s Basketball and Notre Dame Women’s Basketball, but above all I would choose my team, UW-Platteville Women’s Basketball J

Favorite professional sports team: Minnesota Lynx and Minnesota Twins

Favorite athlete: My all-time favorite athlete growing up was Lindsay Whalen who played for the University of Minnesota Women’s Basketball Team, but now plays for the Minnesota Lynx. She was my hero and I wanted to be just like her when I grew up.

If you could meet one person in the entire world, who would it be?: If I could meet one person in the entire world I would want to meet Meryl Streep because she is my favorite actress and I love her work. I admire how she carriers herself on and off the set. If not her then Kevin Hart because I would laugh the whole time.

Hidden Talent: I can touch my nose with my tongue, don’t worry, I rarely do this anymore

Nickname: Mom, Mo, Mo-Money, Bug (from my parents)

Why UWP: I chose UW-Platteville because I knew I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself and playing for Coach Wilson has provided me the opportunity to learn a lot about how to be a great leader and role model on and off the court. I also chose UWP to further my education in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
