It seems only fitting that two schools that share nicknames and colors share the same result on the soccer field.
UW-Platteville and Carroll College tied 1-1 in double overtime Saturday at the Wisconsin Lutheran tournament in Milwaukee.
Andrew Hanson, assisted by Zach Wall, scored the UWP goal in the first period, but Caroll's Cam Schubert knotted the score in the 63rd minute.
Platteville is now 1-1-1, while Carroll made the short drive back to Waukesha with a 0-2-1 mark.
