PLATTEVILLE, Wis.- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball team was honored by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) with the Team Academic Excellence Award. It is the third consecutive year that Head Coach Chad Harris’ program has been honored by the ABCA.

Platteville, Wis.- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball program had five individuals selected All-WIAC. Seniors Ross Krist and Jonathan Kelso were named to the first team, while senior Michael Greco and freshman Brady Hoppert were honorable mention. Freshman Johnathon Hamann was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.

Platteville takes game one, 19-9, while Titans win the nightcap, 15-12.

Platteville, Wis.- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville spring athletes once again dealt with weather issues that caused last second changes to the schedule. The Pioneer baseball and softball teams had games postponed, while golf and track and field battled wind conditions once again.

Pioneers take both ends of doubleheader at Eau Claire; 13-7 and 15-10.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball team swept the UW-Eau Claire Blugolds in two seven-inning games at Kendall Murray Field on Saturday. Freshman Isaac Bixby and senior Michael Greco combined for a total of 12 strikeouts with each throwing complete games.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball team completed the conference four-game series sweep of Finlandia University with two more wins on Monday at Kendall Murray Field. The Pioneers (8-11, 6-6 WIAC) secured a walk-off 4-3 win in 10 innings to start the day and shutout the Lions (3-19, 0-12 WIAC) 4-0 in game two.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball team swept the Lions of Finlandia University in the season home opener at Kendall Murray Field on Sunday afternoon. The Pioneers (6-11, 4-6 WIAC) defeated Finlandia (3-17, 0-10 WIAC) 10-5 in game one and 17-4 in seven innings in game two.
VERONA, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball team dropped a single non-conference game to Edgewood College 7-4 Wednesday night at Stampfl Field.
