Bio

Ryanne Breckenridge, head athletic trainer at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, started at the university in 2006. 

Breckenridge works with the Pioneers' football, wrestling, and softball teams.

Ryanne received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa and her master’s degree in physical education and athletic administration from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She holds certifications as an athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association; professional rescuer instructor by the American Red Cross; blood borne pathogens instructor by the American Red Cross; lay responder instructor by the American Red Cross; and is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. 

Aside from athletic training, Breckenridge has also taught first aid/accident prevention/community CPR, personal conditioning and injury prevention and treatment.
