Major at UW-Platteville: Physical Education

What is your favorite thing about UW-Platteville? The campus is small enough that you can get from one side of campus to the other side of campus in 10 minutes. UW-Platteville campus is surrounded by beautiful nature. I like that the enrollment at UW-Platteville is less that 10,000 students. I enjoy the small class sizes. My professors and the resources available to help me succeed in my academics. My cross country teammates are my second family while I am away at school.

Why did you choose UW-Platteville? The Physical Education Program at UW-Platteville was a small program where I can be in smaller class sizes. UW-Platteville was cheaper to attend then an Illinois state college. I can compete in cross country an track at a D3 level. I have gotten to know my peers studying to become future physical education teachers. The professors in the HHP department are there to support the students and help them succeed. I enjoy competing in cross country and track in one of the most competitive conferences (WIAC) in the United States.
