WHEATON, Ill. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville wrestling team placed ninth of 35 teams in the Pete Wilson Wheaton Invite. Junior Brock Parker claimed the 149 pounds title while three of the seven remaining Pioneers placed at the two-day tournament.
WHITEWATER, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville wrestling team split the first six matches before the No. 15 nationally ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater won the final four to close out the dual and secure a 23-10 victory.
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville wrestling team competed at the Augsburg University Invitational on Saturday, held at Si Melby Hall. Eight Pioneers won titles in the Gold division and three won titles in the Freshman division.
DECORAH, Iowa – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville wrestling team’s Saturday at the Luther College Open was highlighted by 15 Pioneers placing in the event. Seven wrestlers placed in the Elite division while eight underclassmen showcased their skill and placed in the Silver division.
