Fuschino earns 100th win as Pioneer Coach
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville men’s soccer team defeated Minnesota-Morris (Min,) 3-1 Sunday afternoon at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis - The University of Wisconsin-Platteville men's soccer team defeated Minnesota-Morris (Min,) 3-1 Sunday afternoon at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium.
With the win, head coach Enzo Fuschino collected his 100th career win. Fuschino took over for the Pioneers in 2007.
Freshman defender Jake Stevens scored an unassisted goal at the 31-minute mark of the first half. Minnesota-Morris was able to tie the game minutes later.
Senior defensemen Will Pretto broke the tie, scoring off a header early in the second half. Sophomore midfielder Brad Strobel was credited with the assist.
Sophomore midfielder Logan Rinderknecht was listed seventh in the nation for goals (10) coming into Sunday's game, according to the NCAA III statistics. Rinderknecht increased his total to 11 goals this season, this one was tapped in off a free kick from sophomore midfielder Nick Hoklas.
Freshman goalie Nate Miller earned the win.
The Pioneers moved to 8-2, while the Cougars dropped to 1-6 overall.
The Pioneers return to action on Sept. 28, at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium at 7:30 p.m against Luther College (IA).
