APPLETON, Wis.--The University of Wisconsin-Platteville men's soccer team defeated Lawrence University 2-1, on Saturday in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Sophomore midfielder Logan Rinderknecht scored the first goal of the game at the 19-minute mark, with sophomore midfielder Nick Hoklas earning the win. The Pioneers got their second goal from an own goal by Lawerence.
Freshman goalie Will Seehawer earned the win on the afternoon.
UW-Platteville moves to 6-1 on the season, while Lawrence dropped to 2-4.
