After going into double overtime, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville men’s soccer team tied 1-1 with the Macalester College Scots in St. Paul, Minn. on Friday.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. — After going into double overtime, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville men’s soccer team tied 1-1 with the Macalester College Scots in St. Paul, Minn. on Friday.
The lone goal for the Pioneers was scored by freshman Logan Rinderknecht from a pass up the middle by senior Jon Stopple in the second half of the game.
Senior goalkeeper Scott Sibik had three saves, including one in the second overtime to preserve the tie game.
The Pioneers return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at Milwaukee School of Engineering at 7 p.m.
