PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – Two senior University of Wisconsin-Platteville football student-athletes have been named to the 2020 National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society. Long snapper, Andrew Rakers (Elm Grove, Wis.) and offensive lineman Hank Westemeyer (Johnston, Iowa) were among the 20 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference players named to the honor society.
