PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – As the school year winds down and final exams nearly approaching, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville volleyball team took time out of their busy schedules to participate in a "how to paint and trim" clinic put on by Lowe's in Dubuque, Iowa; as a part of the Habitat for Humanity Women's Build Week.
By taking part in the clinic, the Pioneers helped Habitat for Humanity receive a $5,000 grant from Lowe's for Habitat for Humanity's next house. The Pioneers will take what they learned at the clinic and use it on Saturday, May 11 as they volunteer their services for Habitat for Humanity's next project in Cuba City, Wis.
