Stephanie Kirchner Named WIAC Volleyball Player of the Week

Stephanie Kirchner, a junior from Hamilton, Wisconsin, was named the WIAC Volleyball Player of the Week on Tuesday. The Sussex High School graduate earned All-Tournament honors en route to leading UW-Platteville to the tournament title at the UW-Platteville Invitational.

She had 3.46 kills per set, including 23 in the four-set win over St. Norbert College. She also had 11 digs for her second double-double of the season. Kirchner averaged 3.23 digs per set and 0.62 blocks per set in the four matches for the Pioneers.
