PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's soccer team fell 3-0 to Dominican University on Tuesday night in Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium.
The Pioneers (1-5-1) battled it out against the Stars (4-1-0) who were led by forward Josseline Williams who tallied seven shots with five on goal.
Junior Mariah Kennedy recorded eight saves on the night with the Stars holding a 17-1 advantage on shots and 16-1 advantage on corner kicks.
The Pioneers will look to bounce back this Saturday, Sept. 21 when they host Nebraska Wesleyan at 6 p.m. on Cause Night. The Pioneers will bring awareness to the battle against Multiple Sclerosis (MS) during the night's competition in Ralph E. Davis Pioneers Stadium.
