GRINNELL, Iowa — The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's soccer team fell to the Grinnell College Pioneers 2-0 on Wednesday in Grinnell, Iowa, taking their overall record to 4-11.
Junior goalkeeper Katie Rash played well for the Pioneers, tying her season-high ten saves to add to her season total of 47.
With a scoreless first half, Grinnell came out after halftime with a goal in the first five minutes of the half, followed by another with about 20 minutes left to play to give them the 2-0 lead and the game.
The Pioneers return to action on Saturday, Oct. 31 for their last game of the season at UW-Eau Claire at 1:00 p.m.
