Pioneer soccer home openers moved to neutral site

UW-Platteville men’s and women’s soccer teams have moved their home openers to a neutral site due to the damage of Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium by the June 16 tornado.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. -- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville men's and women's soccer teams have moved their home openers to a neutral site due to the damage of Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium by the June 16 tornado. 

The men's team will play Wisconsin Lutheran on Friday, Aug. 29 at Reddan Soccer Park in Verona, Wisconsin at 2 p.m. 

The women's team will open the 2014 season against Cornell College on Aug. 31 at the Dubuque Soccer Complex at 1 p.m.
