Cushman named NWCA Scholar All-American

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – Junior David Cushman of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville wrestling team earned National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Division III Scholar All-America honors for the 2023-24 season. 

The mathematics major from Whitewater, Wisconsin holds a 3.837 cumulative GPA. 

This season, Cushman finished with a 12-14 record, and placed 6th at the WIAC Championships and 8th at the NCAA DIII Upper Midwest Regional while wrestling at 157 pounds.
