Baribeau leads Pioneers at Viterbo Invite
Sophomore Stephanie Baribeau finished in fifth at the Viterbo Invitational, while the UW-Platteville golf team placed sixth out of nine teams on Sunday.
LA CROSSE, Wis. -- Sophomore Stephanie Baribeau finished in fifth at the Viterbo Invitational, while the University of Wisconsin-Platteville golf team placed sixth out of nine teams on Sunday.
Baribeau improved from her first round score by five stroke with an 81 and finished +23 (86-81) in fifth-place. Fellow sophomore Sydney Kilcoin shot an 87 on the final day to finish tied for 15th at +35 (92-87). Junior Taylor Egnarski posted an 89, improving on her first day score of 93, and finished in 19th-place at +38.
As a team the Pioneers shot nine strokes better from the first day and were nine strokes from tying in fourth-place with UW-Oshkosh and AIB.
