Egnarski earned WGCA All-American Scholar Team honors
Pioneer freshman Taylor Egnarski was named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team.
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's golf freshman Taylor Egnarski was named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team on Wednesday.
The Watertown, Wis. native is one of 644 Division I, III and III collegiate golfers recognized with this prestigious honor. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team is one of the most stringent in all of college athletics with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50.
Egnarski posted a 3.86 GPA and is majoring in agribusiness. In Egnarski's rookie season she finished tied for 32nd at the WIAC Championships and recorded an average score of 92 in 16 rounds and nine tournaments.
