Zenner, Christiansen Named CSC Academic All-District
PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – Junior Zach Zenner and senior Caleb Christiansen of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville track and field team were named to the College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team it was announced on Tuesday.

The 2024 Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their performances both on the field and in the classroom. To be nominated, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and be in sophomore, junior, or senior standing.
Zenner, a mechanical engineering major with a 3.835 cumulative GPA, ranked 38th in DIII in the 400m with a personal-best time of 47.92 in the prelims at the WIAC Outdoor Championships. The junior was also a part of the Pioneers 4x400m relay team that placed third at the conference championships with a time of 3:16.05 and earned a fifth-place finish in the 400m at the WIAC meet.
Christiansen holds a 3.962 GPA as an engineering physics major. The senior finished 41st in DIII in the 10k after setting his personal-best of 30:16.63 at UW-La Crosse on April 19. Christiansen took eighth place at the WIAC Outdoor Championships in the 10k, running a time of 31:01.35.
