2019: Ran a personal best time of 12:54.14 in the 3,000m indoors...Ran a personal best time of 22:48.24 in the 5,000m outdoors...Ran a personal best time of 5:37.85 in the 1500m outdoors...Ran a lifetime best time of 26:44.3 in the 6K during cross country season at the Blugold Invitational.
