Three Pioneers Compete at Wisconsin Last Chance Meet
MADISON, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Chas Spangenberg, Jon Petrie and Jake Wiederholt competed Wisconsin Last Chance Meet in Camp Randall Sports Center on Friday.

MADISON, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Chas Spangenberg, Jon Petrie and Jake Wiederholt competed at the Wisconsin Last Chance Meet in Camp Randall Sports Center on Friday.
Spangenberg is currently fourth on the national list and looked to improve on his 4.93-meter qualifying vault. The senior pole vaulter finished in second-place, clearing 4.87 meters.
Petrie threw a season best in the shot put with a 15.28 meters. Wiederholt finished right behind Petrie with a throw of 15.23 meters.
Four other Pioneers will compete at the UW-Stevens Point Last Chance Meet to reach the national qualifying mark or improve their qualifying mark.
