Pioneers' Women's Track and Field Team Finishes Seventh at Augustana Invitational

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's track and field team finished seventh at the Augustana Invitational on Friday in Rock Island, Illinois.

The women were led by three second-place finishes. Seniors Ann Tank in the 800m run (2:13.14) and Stephanie Dorton in the 10000m run (38:33.56) both picked up runner-up honors, plus the Pioneer 4x400m relay.

Freshman Caitlin Thomson was third in the 100m hurdles in a time of 15.59 and junior Carshella Porter was 4th (26.30) in the 200 and 5th (12.90) in the 100.
