Information for 2017-18 Softball season

All players interested in playing Softball at UW-Platteville must complete the following:

1. Be cleared with all MEDICAL AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS before any participation is allowed.  There is a late fee after August 1^st dated paperwork. Please find required forms at: http://athletics.uwplatt.edu/sports_medicine/index
2. Complete concussion testing at the athletic training office.  (NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE ATTENDING PRACTICE).
3.  Send a skill video to varshoa@uwplatt.edu
4. Fill out the attached form and send it back to the email given above.  Click here for form.

If coaching staff believes applicants can make a difference to the UW-Platteville Softball program based on provided skill video, applicants will be invited to attend practice with possibility of becoming a member of the program.  Coach Varsho will contact  via email as soon as skills are assessed. Videos are due by SEPTEMBER 2, 2017.
