Bio

After spending the previous three seasons as a part-time assistant coach, Bailey was appointed Passing Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach in February of 2022. 

The former Pioneer served as a Graduate Assistant Coach from 2014-16. After, Bailey led the Platteville High School football program for two seasons where the head coach's Hillmen recorded an overall record of 15-5, won the 2017 conference championship and made a Wisconsin Level 2 Playoffs appearance. The Elburn, Illinois native was also named the Southwest Wisconsin Coach of the Year.  

Since making the switch back to the collegiate level, the Pioneers led the WIAC in pass offense in 2021 and 2019 with four receivers earning All-WIAC honors.  

In 2013, Bailey broke the Pioneer receiving record for receptions in a season with 86.  To go along with the receptions, he also tallied over a thousand yards receiving and nine touchdowns.  Bailey’s 2013 squad made UW-Platteville’s first playoff appearance.  

The Kaneland (Ill.) native, Bailey graduated UW-Platteville in 2014, with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and Health.
