PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville football team held its annual end of season banquet on Sunday, January 22. The Pioneers handed out individual awards, recognized those who received post-season honors, and thanked seniors for their contributions to the program.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville football team upset No. 14 nationally ranked UW-River Falls 21-14 Saturday afternoon at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium. The Homecoming victory marks the second time the Pioneers have upset a Top 15 team this season, a first for the program since 2004.

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville football team upset No. 11 ranked Bethel University 10-7 in the Pioneers’ home opener Saturday afternoon at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium. The victory marks Ryan Munz’s first win as head coach of the Pioneers.

Platteville, Wis.- For the first time in 23 years, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville’s football program will have a new coach in charge. Ryan Munz was named the 16th head football coach in Pioneer history on Feb. 7, following Mike Emendorfer’s retirement. Munz is no stranger to the Pioneer football program and the fans. Munz spent the previous 15 seasons as the Pioneers’ offensive coordinator and has been with the Pioneers for 20 years as a student-athlete and coach.
