Pioneers defeat Blue Devils in thrilling season finale

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville football team defeated the University of Wisconsin-Stout 35-28 in a thrilling senior day game in Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium. Two late interceptions by the Pioneers, a huge defensive stop just shy of a tying touchdown at the end of the first half and a 25-yard pass for a touchdown on 4th and 4 were among the game-changing plays which kept fans on the edge of their seats during a chilling November football game in southwest Wisconsin.

PLATTEVILLE – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville football team defeated UW-Stevens Point 45-21 in the 92nd annual Homecoming game on Saturday at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium. ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville football team took No. 17 nationally ranked Bethel University into the fourth quarter tied 7-7 Saturday afternoon in Royal Stadium. The Royals eventually took advantage of a pair of turnovers late in the game to emerge with the 28-7 Bethel victory.
