What do you plan to bring to the UW-Platteville baseball program in 2020?
I want to be a leader and help this team win as many games as we can this year.

What is your nickname? How did you get it and who gave it to you?
Thigh Guy, last year at lifting Keegan Madigan kept telling me my legs were giant and started calling me Thigh Guy.

Who are the role models in your life and why?
My mom and dad have supported me at all times and have been by my side through everything in my life. My brother works so hard in everything he does so it makes me work harder and be a better person. My sister always encourages me in anything I do. My girlfriend Teagan always keep me on track and helps me to be the best person I can possibly be.

Who or what inspired you to play baseball and why?
My dad did when I was little because he coached me and also taught me how to play baseball by throwing me batting practice and playing catch with me.

Favorite baseball moment as a Pioneer or in high school if you are a freshman?
Getting the save against UW-Stout in the conference tournament last year.

If you were a superhero what would your name be and what superpower would you have?
Easy A, I would be able to get As on all my tests without studying.

What advice would you give to future Pioneers?
Don’t regret anything after you’re don’t playing. Push yourself to the limit every chance you get.

A lifetime supply of chicken wings from Quaker Steak and Lube

Win a Home Talent title with the Muscoda Mudcats

What place would you like to visit most?
Muscoda, Wisconsin

What are your hobbies away from baseball?
Hanging out with friends, watching my brother play sports, and being able to dominate anyone in Madden.

Dog, I would love to hop up on the table and eat everyone’s food.

Pioneers looking to build off strong 2019 season

PLATTEVILLE, Wis.- The University of Wisconsin-Platteville baseball program returned to the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference tournament for the first time since 2010 in Chad Harris’ first season as head coach. The Pioneers finished with an 20-21 record, and won a school-record 14 WIAC victories. Harris returns for his second season along with four All-WIAC performers looking to return to the WIAC tournament in consecutive years for the first time in school history.
