Justin Fago -- INF -- Senior -- Mesa, Ariz. / Desert Ridge Fago had a strong week at the plate for the Pioneers, hitting .316 (6-for-19) across five starts with five extra base hits for a .947 slugging percentage. The senior found most of his success in the four-game weekend series against UW-River Falls, finishing 6-for-16 with 10 RBI, seven runs scored, and three home runs. Fago opened the series by going 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, three runs scored, and two walks in a 14-10 win before going 1-of-3 with a triple, two RBI, and another walk in an 11-6 game two win. He came back on Sunday and recorded his best performance of the season, going 2-for-5 with two home runs, six RBI, and three runs scored in a one-run loss, before helping the Pioneers take game two 10-3 with an RBI double and a run scored in the second game of the day. Fago got on base at a .435 clip across his five games played.

Felicia Teubert -- OF -- Senior -- Clinton, Wis. / Clinton Teubert recorded a hit in three of four games this past week, batting .462 (6-for-13) as the Pioneers picked up doubleheader sweeps of Dubuque and UW-River Falls. Against the Spartans on Thursday, the senior reached base twice and scored a run across the two wins. Teubert put together a strong start to conference play on Saturday, going 5-for-8 with a double, an RBI, and three runs scored in UW-Platteville's two wins over the Falcons. |
