Eichler won the 35-pound weight throw at the Wartburg College (Iowa) Select Meet held Feb. 2-3, breaking his own school record in the process. He tossed a mark of 65-1 1/2 (19.85m) to sit fourth overall on the NCAA Division III Honor Roll.

Mackiewicz averaged 21.0 points and 10.5 rebounds per game to help the Pioneers earn wins over UW-Eau Claire and UW-River Falls last week. The sophomore scored 17 points, grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds, and added four steals against the Blugolds before scoring a season-high 25 points with seven rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two blocks in the two-point win over the Falcons on Saturday. Mackiewicz shot 45.2 percent from the field, 40.0 percent from three, and 83.3 percent from the free throw line while playing over 30 minutes per game on the week.
