Football - Connor Foley*, Senior (Cedar Rapids, Iowa./Xavier) - Punter Foley had 4 punts for 160 yards in UW-Platteville's 20-6 victory at UW-Stevens Point on Sept. 29. He had three punts inside of the 20 yard line, including one punt that landed on the one yard line pinning the Pointers back near their own end zone. Foley's long punt on the day was 48 yards. *Also named WIAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week |

Football - Offense - Mark Johnson, Senior (Johnston, Iowa) - Wide receiver Johnson accounted 176 yards on 11 catches and one touchdown in Saturday's win over Stevens Point. Johnson was a pivotal part in the offensive attack Saturday for the Pioneers. Johnson's 38 yard touchdown reception helped put the game away in the second half. |

Football - Defense - Eric Siedenburg, Sophomore (Johnston, Iowa.) - Linebacker Siedenburg had 20 total tackles including 10 solo tackles and a sack in Saturday's victory over Stevens Point. Siedenburg was all over the field on Saturday leading the team in tackles for the Pioneer defense. Siedenburg continues to shine for the defense. |

Men's Soccer - Offense - Tommy Bitter, Senior (Dubuque, Iowa/Hempstead) - Forward Fountain scored two goals over the weekend to help the team go 2-0. Fountain scored a goal in each of the wins over Bethel (2-0) and Minnesota-Morris (3-0). |

Men's Soccer - Defense - Nick Hoklas, Senior (Crystal Lake, Ill./Prairie Ridge) - Midfield Geibl played left back in both games over the weekend for a defense that only allowed 7 total shots. Geibl was a constant threat with his runs on the left flank. The defense shutout Bethel (2-0) and Minnesota-Morris (3-0). |

Women's Cross Country - Danielle Nelson, Senior (Augusta, Wis.) Nelson ran a personal best time of 25:38.9 at the Blugold Invitational hosted by UW-Eau Claire on Friday, September 28. |

Men's Cross Country - Ben Trihey, Freshman (Mantorville, Min.) Trihey ran a personal best of 27:17.1 at the Blugold Invitational on Friday to help the men's cross country team to a 6th place finish out of 29 teams. |
