178 make Gabe Miller Honor Roll
UW-Platteville student-athletes compiled a 2.958 grade-point average in 2004-05, with 178 Pioneers earning a spot on the school's Gabe Miller Academic Honor Roll and earning academic all-conference honors for having at least a 3.0 average during the school year.
The Pioneer Athletic Department earned the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference All-Academic Award for having a higher grade-point average than the student body as a whole (2.903).
The Gabe Miller Academic Honor Roll is named after the late Pioneer basketball player, who passed away shortly after playing on the 1995 NCAA Division III national championship team.
