2016(Outdoor): Conference Champion in the 5k (14:39.96) and 10k (32:33.96) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships. 

2015 (Outdoor): Placed 2nd in the 10K with a time of 31:04.25 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships. Earned All-American status with a 4th place finish in the 5k (14:22.32). National Champion in the 10k (30:45.16) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. 

2015 (Indoor): Placed 3rd in the 5K with a time of 14:58.49 at the WIAC Indoor Championships. Earned All-American status with a 5th place finish in the 5K (14:34.37) at the NCAA Indoor Championships. 

2014 (Outdoor): Qualified in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter at the NCAA Championships … earned second team All-WIAC honors by finishing second in the 10,000-meter at the WIAC Championships.

2014 (Indoor): All-American in the 5,000-meter race (finished sixth at Nationals) … National qualifier in the 3,000-meter race (finished 13th at Nationals). … Placed second in the 5,000-meter run at the WIAC Indoor Championships … Took fifth in the 3,000 at the WIAC Indoor Championships.

2013: Ran for a personal best in the 3000-meters (8:34.18) and the 5000-meters (14:31.04) at the WIAC Conference Championships …Set personal best (4:06.23) in the 1500-meter race at UW-La Crosse.
