2014: Competed in two meets before receiving a medical redshirt. Finished 21st at the Warhawk Invitational with a time of 27:17.

High School: Earned first team all-conference as a senior … qualified to sectionals in the mile and two mile … was a four-time conference wrestling champion … helped Sauk Prairie wrestling team appear at state in 2013 and 2014. 

Personal: Son of Brad Kari Herbrand … plans to major in animal science.
