Walden and Poser compete at NCAA Championships

HANOVER, Ind. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Joel Walden and Sam Poser competed in their first NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships Saturday, hosted by Hanover College.
Junior Walden finished in 71st-place out of 275 runners, and finished the eight-kilometer race in 25:44. Fellow junior Poser crossed the finish line with a time of 26:07, finishing in 130th-place.
Connecticut College's Michael LeDuc won the individual title with a time of 24:29.
St. Olaf won the team national title and just edged out runner-up North Central by two points.
