Lueder and Spindle named All-WIAC in women’s soccer
Platteville, Wis.- Senior Amber Lueder and freshman Annalise Spindle of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville women’s soccer team were honored by the WIAC. Lueder was named first team All-WIAC, while Spindle was named to the All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team.
Platteville, Wis.- Senior Amber Lueder and freshman Annalise Spindle of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's soccer team were honored by the WIAC. Lueder was named first team All-WIAC, while Spindle was named to the All-WIAC Sportsmanship Team.
Lueder was voted first team All-WIAC by the coaches after she led the Pioneers with eight goals. Lueder will finish her Pioneer career with 23 goals, 12 assists and 58 total points. Lueder set the school record for assists in a season with 10 in 2018. Lueder started 58 of the 59 games she has appeared in.
Spindle was named to the All-WIAC Sportsmanship team for her efforts this season. The Geneva, Illinois native had one goal and four assists from her mid-field position. Spindle started all 18 games she appeared in
