Eck named WIAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
UW-Platteville's Sarah Eck was named Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, by the league office on Tuesday.

MADISON, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville's Sarah Eck was named Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, by the league office on Tuesday.
Eck scored both goals in the Pioneers' 2-1 victory at UW-Oshkosh on Oct. 26. Her two goals helped the Pioneers earn their second win against the Titans in their last 20 meetings. UW-Platteville secured a spot in the WIAC Tournament with the victory.
Eck earned her first WAIC weekly honors after the first week of the season when she netted two goals in the season opener.
Eck and the Pioneers host UW-Stout on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Ralph E. Davis Pioneer Stadium.
