Geneva, Ohio - The Pioneers have produced two All-Americans per day at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Track and Field Championships, and day three was no exception. Cade VanHout and Justin Eichler earned All-American status in their respective events, 100m dash and hammer throw.

Geneva, Ohio - Two more Pioneers earned All-American honors on day two at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Senior Brianna Leahy won the women's shot put competition, and freshman Brenna Noon took home seventh place for the Pioneer women.

Geneva, Ohio - On day one of the NCAA DIII Outdoor Track and Field Championships, the Pioneers competed in 4 event areas; men's and women's discus, the decathlon, men's and women's 200m preliminaries, and men's javelin. Finishing among the top 8 in their event, Will Lawrence and Alex Girard were named All-Americans.

Winston-Salem, N.C. - The Pioneers began day one of the NCAA DIII Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday, March 11 at JDL FastTrack. Five student-athletes from UW-Platteville competed on this first day of competition, highlighted by Cade VanHout advancing to the finals of the 60m dash.

Seniors Gwen Orr (60- and 200-meter) and Brianna Leahy (shot put) will be joined by junior Grace Elvert (pentathlon) and freshman Brenna Noon from the women’s program. The men’s program will be represented by seniors Jacob Rice (heptathlon), Bryce Bierman (high jump), Alex Girard (35-pound weight throw) and junior Cade VanHout (60-meter).

Among several other great performances, Williams Fieldhouse erupted in excitement when senior Bryce Bierman cleared 2.05m (6-8.75). Bierman ranks sixth in the national ranking with that clearance.

Waverly, Iowa – The Pioneer track and field team competed at the Wartburg Select Meet. The two-day event included a pentathlon and heptathlon beginning on Friday, February 4 and concluded with the full schedule on Saturday, February 5. Two school records were broken by Gwen Orr and Cade VanHout.

Dubuque, Iowa - The Pioneers competed at the University of Dubuque Spartan Invitational on Saturday, January 29 where two Pioneer women broke school records. Brianna Leahy threw a historic distance in the shot put, marking a throw of 14.84m (48-8.25). Gwen Orr ran 25.56 seconds in the 200m dash, breaking her own record by 0.01 second.
