- Question and Answer with Aaron (updated May 26)
What was your initial response when you finally found out that
you had made it to the NCAA's?
1. When I found out that I made it to the Championship, I was
really excited. I went home last Friday crossing my fingers and
praying that I got in. On Sunday, I immediately received the good
news and immediately started to pack my bags. Words can't describe
how happy I was.
What goes through your mind between hurdles?
2. Nothing goes through my mind when I am going over hurdles, if I
think during the race I won't do as well. I just look at as a
different style of running. I am lifting my leg up as fast as I can
with my eyes on the finish line.
You are here for your first NCAA Championship, what has it
been like?
3. The trip so far has been amazing. It is a great experience
to be racing against the best of the best. The trip over here was
about nine hours with plenty of sunshine. The banquet was really
nice and the food was delicious. It has been a trip of a lifetime
tht I hope to be a part of next season.
- Did you know that Aaron is a wide receiver is on the

1. What's it like to come to the NCAA's as a member of the
4x400-meter relay?
It is exciting and it great because i've been running with
these three girls all year and its great to see how much faster we
have gotten together.
2. What did u learn from your experiences at indoors that
will help you outdoors?
I learned that you all are in it together. and that this is a
great experience not everyone gets here.

Jordan Olp
4x100-Meter Relay
|
- Question and Answer with Jordan (updated May 25)
1. With half of last year's All-American 4X100-meter relay team
back, what's it going to take to do that again, this year?
Once again this year we clearly have the talent to make things
happen and become All-Americans. However to go with that talent,
the handoffs are the key, as they are for all sprint relays. Clean
handoffs will make or break any race, but I believe we have what it
takes to make that happen and even if things go just right to even
take the National Title for the 4x100 meter relay.
2. What is your favorite part of being at nationals? (updated
May 25)
My favorite part of being at the NCAA Championships is the
competition. Running alongside the best in the nation winning or
losing to the athletes that have the same passion and desire you do
to make it to this level of athleticism is just unbeatable.
3. What will you be doing during your summer internship?
(updated May 25)
This summer, I will be working on my company's (Thomson
Reuters) mainframe which controls amongst other things the
transactions that happen inside the New York Stock
Exchange.
- Did you know that Jordan is studing software engineering at
