Ziaja netted game-winning goals against Central (Iowa) and UW-Whitewater and helped the Pioneers advance to the NCAA DIII Tournament for the second straight year.
Petersen, a physical education major, played in all 22 games for UW-Platteville on the year. The junior finished with three goals and three assists, including the game-winner against Luther on September 5. Petersen attempted 21 shots on the season, with 10 finishing on frame.
