Bio

Nate Steblay enters her second year at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She works primarily with Women’s Soccer, Track & Field, and Softball. 

Nate attended North Dakota State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in August of 2018 and completed her Master of Athletic Training through NDSU’s CAATE accredited program, in May of 2019. Her clinical practice included traveling to Frisco, TX with the football team to work the 2017 National Championship. She was also an undergraduate and graduate assistant working within the Athletic Training and Psychology departments studying concussion testing techniques.

While completing her master’s, Nate completed her M1 Graston training, she is CPR/AED certified, and is licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

In addition to her Sports Medicine role, Nate is a lecturer for UW-Platteville within the Health and Human Performance department.
