The Warhawks have collected 18 regular-season conference championships in their history and added five tournament titles. UW-Whitewater entered the 2019 campaign ranked second in the D3baseball.com/National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Preseason Top 25 and bring back Cal Aldridge, who topped the league with 19 doubles and 15 home runs, while finishing second with a .451 batting average, 69 hits, 53 runs scored and 52 RBI.

UW-Oshkosh secured a NCAA bid a year ago for the first time since the 2008 campaign and compiled 34 victories, which were the most for the program since 35 wins in 2007. The Titans, who own 29 conference championships, entered this season ranked No. 18 in the D3baseball.com/NCBWA Preseason Top 25. Alex Stodola led the league with eight saves.
UW-Stout's seven WIAC wins a year ago were the most since accumulating 10 victories during the 2014 campaign. The Blue Devils bring back eight starting position players from last season's group, including Jordan Wilson, who led the squad with a .327 batting average, 12 doubles, 34 RBI and 23 runs scored. Jack Donahue had a team-high 60.0 innings pitched, while Brad Rindfleisch was second with a 2.91 earned run average and 33 strikeouts.
Chad Harris begins his first season at the helm of UW-Platteville. He has 17 years of collegiate coaching experience, most recently as assistant coach and pitching coach at the University of Dubuque (Iowa). The Pioneers bring back all nine starting position players, including Josh Moses, who has led the team in batting each of the last two seasons. A year ago, he posted a .361 batting average, .578 slugging percentage and .462 on-base percentage to go along with 19 doubles and 42 RBI.
Finlandia University (Mich.) begins its first season as an affiliate member with the conference after previously being a member of the City University of New York Athletic Conference. The Lions have 18 returning letterwinners from a year ago, including Joey Krug, who led the team with a .330 batting average, three home runs and 19 RBI.
