Pioneers name athletes of the week
Kaite Asche, Sophomore (Pecatonica, Ill./Durand) – Volleyball - Middle Blocker - Defense Asche totaled 19 blocks (1.27 per set) including six solo and 13 block assists in the Pioneers' 3-1 week. Asche added nine service aces on the week. In the win over UW-Stout on Sept. 17 Asche had one solo and three block assists. In the loss to St. Olaf on Sept 20th Asche had three solo and two block assists along with three aces. Asche had three more service aces with one solo and four block assists in the win over Ripon on Sept. 21. Asche finished her week with one solo and four block assists in the 3-0 win over Coe on Sept. 21. |

Olivia Kudronowicz, Sophomore (Muskego, Wis./Muskego) - Volleyball – Outside Hitter - Offense Kudronowicz totaled 42 kills (2.80 per set) and hit .287 in the Pioneers' 3-1 week. Kudronowicz added 54 digs (3.6 per set) and eight service aces. In the win over UW-Stout on Sept. 17 Kudronowicz had 14 kills and hit .286 with two service aces and 13 digs. In the loss to St. Olaf on Sept 20th she had five kills and 16 digs. She came back with a 10-kill and .625 hitting percentage performance in the win over Ripon on Sept. 21. Kudronowicz finished her week with 13 kills and a .242 hitting percentage in the 3-0 win over Coe on Sept. 21. |

Donald Allender, Junior (Youngstown, N.Y./Lewiston-Porter) – Wide Receiver Allender followed up his great week one performance with another terrific game. Allender scored three touchdowns in the Pioneers' 41-10 victory. Donald had three catches for 49 yards and two receiving touchdowns through the air. He also had one carry for two yards and a touchdown. |

Jordan Zilbar, Senior (Dover, Fla./Strawberry Crest) - Linebacker Zilbar caused chaos on the defensive side of the ball in the Pioneers' 41-10 win over Thomas More. Zilbar racked up five tackles including one sack, and two tackles for loss for a total of eight yards. One tackle for loss came on a momentum-swinging 4th and one for the Saints in the 3rd quarter. |

Zack Krause, Sophomore (Beloit, Wis./Clinton) – Running Back Krause played a key role in the punt and kickoff game for the Pioneers. Krause had one tackle, one forced fumble, and a fumble recovery on a different play. Both of these turnovers led to Pioneer touchdowns early in the game. |
