Track and Field recognized for All-Academic Honors by USTFCCCA
For the second straight year, the women's team along with five individuals of the UW-Platteville Track and Field teams were acknowledged by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association in the organization's 2016 NCAA Division III All-Academic Honors.

For the second straight year, the women's team along with five individuals of the UW-Platteville Track and Field teams were acknowledged by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association in the organization's 2016 NCAA Division III All-Academic Honors.
The Pioneer Women's team was named All-Academic Team after earning a cumulative grade point average of 3.26 on a 4.0 scale. Teams needed to accomplish a cumulative GPA of 3.10 to qualify for the recognition. The women's team was last recognized in 2013 for achieving All-Academic Honors.
All-Academic Honors were also given to student-athletes that have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher and were ranked in the top 35 individually or top 25 in a relay event at the completion of the season. Three men and two women from the UW-Platteville Track and Field teams earned All-Academic honors.
Alyssa Iserman earned All-Academic honors for her third consecutive year. Iserman was a national qualifier indoors in the high jump.
Devan Montgomery earned her first All-Academic honor. The sophomore transfer was part of the outdoor national qualifying 4x400 meter relay.
On the men’s side, seniors Darren Hudziak and Adam Lange achieved All-Academic status. Both were part of the outdoor national qualifying 4x400 meter relay.
Freshman Zach Lee earned his first Track All-Academic honor after having earned All-Academic honors for Cross Country in the Fall. Lee was part of the No. 23 ranked indoor distance medley relay.
