Pioneers compete at Georgianni Invite
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women’s golf team competed Saturday and Sunday at the Georgianni Invitational at the Eau Claire Country Club hosted by UW-Eau Claire.

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville women's golf team competed Saturday and Sunday at the Georgianni Invitational at the Eau Claire Country Club hosted by UW-Eau Claire.
The Pioneers finished fifth with a team score of 715 (348, 367) while UW-La Crosse led the pack of five teams with a score of 681.
Junior Taylor Swalve finished tied for 7th place, shooting an 84 on day one and 87 on day two for a total of 173. Junior Madison Berg finished one place behind Swalve shooting 175 (83, 92).
Freshman Chloe Chappell shot 92 both days to finish in the Top-20 with a two-day total of 184. Senior Jada Chang (92, 94) was two strokes behind Chappell and finished 22nd with a score of 186.
Senior Nicole Sedam (100, 102) rounded out the team's five and competing as individuals were junior Hannah Tysse (111, 105) and senior Emma Cage who shot 86 after golfing on Sunday only.
The Pioneers will return to action on Sunday, Sept. 15 when they travel to Dubuque for the Loras Invite.
