2019: Competed at the Spartan Invitational and threw a personal best in the weight throw of 12.50m (41-0.25)...Threw a personal best 37.56m (123-3) in the hammer throw at the Augustana Invitational.

2018: Competed in six indoor meets with a season best 9.88m (32-5) in shot put and 10.61m (34-9.75) in weight throw...Competed in four outdoor meets with a season best 9.78m (32-1) in shot put, 33.85m (111-1) in discus, and 34.15m (112-0) in hammer throw.
