The junior distance runner from Green Bay, Ian LaMere, just made the cut for the 5000-meter run with a time of 14:38.52. He achieved this time at the UW-Platteville Final Qualifying Meet on March 6, and enters the national stage ranked at number 15.

Riggs earned his 11-seed with a clearance of 4.91 meters (16' 1.25") at the Stevens Point Triangular on Jan. 24. Dwyer accomplished his height a few weeks later at the UW-Platteville Invitational.
Kyle Whaley, the sophomore from Tomah, Wis., rounds off the list entering the national competition in the shot put event. Whaley recently threw for 16.50 meters (54' 1.75") at the UW-Platteville Final Qualifying meet, which earned him a 13-seed in the shot put.
